The V850E2/Dx4-H is 32-bit V850E2M-H core microcontroller for high-end and high performance automotive dashboard applications.

The V850E2/Fx4-L is supported only for the customers who have already adopted these products. For new adoption, please consider RH850/F1L or RH850/F1H products.

The V850E2/Px4 is equipped with two V850E2M CPUs in lockstep operation.One serves as the master CPU for normal operation, the other monitors the functions of the master CPU.Up to 1024 KB Flash and 144-pin QFP, the V850E2/Px4 (V850E2/PJ4) is the ideal device for automotive applications strong needs for functional safety and high performance requirements.

The V850E2/Sx4-H is supported only for customers who have already adopted any of the products. For new adoption, please consider RH850/F1L, RH850/D1L, or RH850/D1M products.

The V850ES/Fx3 is supported only for customers who have already adopted these products. The RH850/F1L or RH850/F1H Group is recommended for new designs.

The V850ES/Jx3 is a 32-bit single-chip microcontroller that includes the V850ES CPU core and peripheral functions such as ROM/RAM, a timer/counter, serial interfaces, an A/D converter, and a D/A converter and enables an extremely high cost-performance for applications that require low power consumption, such as home audio, printers, and digital home electronics.

The V850ES/Jx3-E are 32-bit single-chip microcontrollers that use the V850ES CPU core and incorporate peripheral functions such as ROM/RAM, a timer/counter, serial interfaces, an A/D converter, a D/A converter, a DMA controller, CAN, a USB function controller, and a built-in IEEE 802.3-compliant Ethernet controller.

The new 32-bit V850ES/Jx3-H MCUs execute USB 2.0 data transfers at full speeds up to 12 megabits per second (Mbps), and enable rapid development of applications that require USB connectivity and 32-bit processing power for real-time control of industrial equipment, factory automation systems, point-of-sales terminals, medical and testing devices, telecommunications and consumer electronics products and other embedded applications.
