601-01Low Phase Noise Clock Multiplier | Clock/Timing | 4 | Obsolete | The ICS601-01 is a low-cost, low phase noise, high-performance clock synthesizer for applications which require low phase noise and low jitter. It is Renesas’ lowest phase noise multiplier, and also the lowest CMOS part in the industry. Using Renesas’ patented analog and digital Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) techniques, the chip accepts a 10 - 27 MHz crystal or clock input, and produces output clocks up to 156 MHz at 3.3 V. This product is intended for clock generation. It has low output jitter (variation in the output period), but input to output skew and jitter are not defined nor guaranteed. For applications which require defined input to output timing, use the ICS670-01. |
601-02Low Phase Noise Clock Multiplier | Clock/Timing | 1 | Obsolete | The 601-02 is a low cost, low phase noise, high performance clock synthesizer for any application that requires low phase noise and low jitter. The 601 is IDT's lowest phase noise multiplier. Using IDT's patented analog and digital Phase Locked Loop (PLL) techniques, the chip accepts a 10–27 MHz crystal or clock input, and produces output clocks up to 170 MHz at 3.3 V. A separate supply pin is provided so that the output can be 2.5 V. This product is intended for clock generation. It has low output jitter (variation in the output period), but input to output skew and jitter are not defined nor guaranteed. For applications which require defined input to output timing, use the 670-01. |
603-25-15025MHz 3.2 x 2.5mm Reference Crystal | Crystals | 3 | Obsolete | The 603-25-150 is a 25MHz 3.2mm x 2.5mm reference crystal that is RoHS compliant and Pb-free. |
603-25-17325MHz 3.2 x 2.5mm Reference Crystal | Crystals | 1 | Obsolete | The 603-25-173 is a 25MHz 3.2mm x 2.5mm reference crystal that is RoHS compliant and Pb-free. |
603-38.88-738.88MHz 3.2 x 2.5mm Reference Crystal | Crystals | 1 | Obsolete | The 603-38.88-7 is a 38.88MHz 3.2mm x 2.5mm reference crystal that is RoHS compliant and Pb-free. |
603-40-4840MHz 3.2 x 2.5mm Reference Crystal | Crystals, Oscillators, Resonators | 2 | Obsolete | The 603-40-48 is a 40MHz 3.2mm x 2.5mm reference crystal that is RoHS compliant and Pb-free. |
60Dx SeriesIGBT for Inverter Applications | Single | 11 | Active | IGBT product series for Power Factor Correction (PFC), UPS, solar power generation, and welding applications, recommended for 50 to 100 kHz frequencies, and not guaranteed against short circuit. |
