NCS7101Operational Amplifier, Low bias current, Rail to Rail CMOS Op-Amp | Instrumentation, Op Amps, Buffer Amps | 2 | Active | The NCS7101 op-amp provides rail-to-rail operation on both the input and output. The output can swing within 50 mV of each rail. This rail-to-rail operation enables the user to make full use of the entire supply voltage range available. It is designed to work at very low supply voltages (1.8 V and ground), yet can operate with a supply of up to 10 V and ground. The NCS7101 is available in the space saving SOT23-5 package with two industry standard pinouts. |
NCS8353Audio Power Amplifier, Class D, Stereo, 20 W/Channel, with Programmable Power Limit and Selectable Gain | Development Boards, Kits, Programmers | 1 | Active | The NCS8353 is a stereo Class D audio power amplifier capable of delivering a continuous power of up to 20 W/ch into an 8Ω bridge tied load (BTL). It can be powered from the existing 24 V rail in Flat Panel Television (FPTV) systems. The high efficiency of the NCS8353 reduces the requirement of an external heat sink when driving high power. The digital power limit feature can program the output power limit at 10W, 12W, 15W, or 20 W/ch, allowing the NCS8353 to be a single system solution in FPTV audio applications. The NCS8353 includes a hard limiter which works in conjunction with the digital power limit feature. The hard limiter quickly reduces the internal gain of the amplifier when high amplitude signals would cause excessive clipping on the output. The NCS8353 minimizes pop and click artifacts in the audio system by reducing voltage and current transients during power supply cycling, entering or recovering from shutdown, and mute. The shutdown feature reduces the quiescent current draw of the amplifier to 100 µA typical. The mute feature ensures that audio is not present at the output during audio source switching. The gain of the NCS8353 is programmed via two gain pins, G0 and G1, allowing four selectable ranges: 20 dB, 26 dB, 32 dB, and 36 dB. Auto recovery short circuit and over temperature protection circuitry are incorporated to ensure device functionality when short circuit and high temperature events are detected. |

NCT1008±1°C Digital Temperature Sensor with Series Resistance Cancellation | Sensors, Transducers | 3 | Obsolete | The NCT1008 is a dual-channel digital temperature sensor intended for use in elevated thermal density applications. A feature of the NCT1008 is series resistance cancellation, where up to 1.5 kΩ of resistance in series with the temperature monitoring diode can be automatically cancelled from the temperature result, allowing noise filtering. The NCT1008 has a configurable ALERT output and an extended, switchable temperature measurement range. The NCT1008 can measure the temperature of a remote thermal diode accurate to ±1°C and the ambient temperature accurate to ±3°C. The temperature measurement range defaults to 0°C to +127°C, compatible with the ADM1032, but it can be switched to a wider measurement range of -64°C to +191°C. The NCT1008 communicates over a 2-wire serial interface, compatible with system management bus (SMBus/I2C) standards. The default SMBus/I2C address of the NCT1008 is 0x4C. An NCT1008D is available with an SMBus/I2C address of 0x4D. This is useful if more than one NCT1008 is used on the same SMBus/I2C. An ALERT output signals when the on-chip or remote temperature is out of range. The THERM output is a comparator output that allows on/off control of a cooling fan. The ALERT output can be reconfigured as a second THERM output, if required. |
NCT175Industry Standard Digital Temperature Sensor with 2‐wire Interface and SMBus time-out feature of 75ms-325ms | Sensors, Transducers | 1 | Active | The NCT175 is a two-wire serially programmable temperature sensor with an over-temperature/interrupt output pin to signal out of limit conditions. This is an open-drain pin and can operate in either comparator or interrupt mode. Temperature measurements are converted into digital form using a high resolution (12 bit),sigma-delta, analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The device operates over the –55°C to +125°C temperature range. |

The NCT214 has a configurable /ALERT output and an extended, switchable temperature measurement range. The NCT214 can measure the temperature of a remote thermal diode accurate to ±1°C and the ambient temperature accurate to ±3°C. The temperature measurement range defaults to 0°C to +127°C, compatible with the ADM1032, but it can be switched to a wider measurement range of -64°C to +191°C. The NCT214 communicates over a 2-wire serial interface, compatible with system management bus (SMBus/I2C) standards. The NCT214 has two address pins which allow up to 9 NCT214s to be used on the same bus. An /ALERT output signals when the on-chip or remote temperature is out of range.
