MIC826Voltage Supervisor with Watchdog Timer, Manual Reset, and Dual Outputs | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 13 | Active | The MIC826 is a low-current, ultra-small, voltage supervisor with manual reset input, watchdog timer, and active-high and active-low push-pull outputs. The reset outputs are asserted and held when the supply voltage falls below the factory-programmed threshold voltage, when the /MR pin is pulled low, or if the watchdog times out. Reset is asserted for the reset timeout delay after the supply voltage increases above the rising threshold voltage or when manual reset input is asserted high.
The MIC826 features an integrated pull-up resistor on the /MR. An active-low push-pull reset output (/RESET) and an active-high reset output (RESET) provide flexibility when interfacing with various microcontrollers, PMICs, or load switches. The watchdog input can be left unconnected for applications that do not require watchdog monitoring.
The MIC826 consumes a quiescent current of only 3.8μA and is offered in a tiny, space-saving, 6-pin 1.6mm x 1.6mm Thin DFN package. It is rated for the -40°C to +125°C temperature range. |

High- and low-voltage thresholds are adjusted independently, allowing for wide hysteresis. Three external resistors determine the threshold voltages. Voltage detection thresholds are accurate to 1.5%.
Supply current is extremely low (1µA, typical), making it ideal for portable applications.

MIC842Windowed Comparator with 1.25V Reference | Linear | 11 | Active | The MIC841 and MIC842 are micropower, precision voltage comparators with an on-chip voltage reference.
Both devices are intended for voltage monitoring applications. External resistors are used to set the voltage monitor threshold. When the threshold is crossed, the outputs switch polarity.
The MIC842 incorporates a voltage reference and comparator with fixed internal hysteresis; two external resistors are used to set the switching threshold voltage. The MIC841 provides a similar function with user adjustable hysteresis; this part requires three external resistors to set the upper and lower thresholds (the difference between the threshold voltages being the hysteresis voltage).
Both the MIC841 and MIC842 are available with push-pull or open-drain output stage. The push-pull output stage is configured either active high or active low; the open-drain output stage is only configured active low.
Supply current is extremely low (1.5µA, typical), making it ideal for portable applications.
