MIC24420Dual 1MHz 2.5A PWM Sync Buck Regulator | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 1 | Active | The MIC24420/MIC24421 are synchronous PWM dual output step down converters with internal 2.5A high-side switches. The MIC24420/MIC24421 has an integrated low-side gate driver for synchronous step-down conversion by connecting an external N-channel MOSFET to achieve high efficiencies in low duty-cycle applications.
The MIC24420 switching frequency is 1MHz and the MIC24421 switching frequency is 500kHz. A patented control scheme allows the use of a wide range of output capacitance from small ceramic capacitors to large electrolytic types with only one compensation component. A 2% output voltage tolerance over the temperature range allows the maximum level of system performance. The MIC24420/MIC24421 power good signal allows full control for sequencing the output voltages with minimum external components.
An adjustable current limit allows the use of smaller inductors in lower current applications. The MIC24420/MIC24421 has an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. |

MIC2514IttyBitty Integrated High-Side Switch | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 1 | Active | The MIC2514 is an integrated high-side power switch that consists of a TTL compatible input and protected Pchannel MOSFET. The MIC2514 can be used instead of a separate high-side driver and MOSFET in many lowvoltage applications.
The MIC2514 switches voltage ranging from 3V to 13.5V and delivers more than 400mA continuous current. A slow turn-on feature prevents high inrush current when switching capacitive loads. The internal control circuitry is powered from the unswitched 3V to 13.5V input.
Current limiting is internally fixed at approximately 1.9A and requires no external components.
Thermal shutdown turns off the output if the die temperature exceeds approximately 170°C.
The MIC2514 is available in the 5-pin SOT-23-5 package with a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. |

MIC2536Dual USB High-Side 150mA Current Limiting Power Switch | PMIC | 11 | Active | The MIC2536 is a cost-effective high-side power switch, with two independently controlled channels, optimized for buspowered Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. Few external components are necessary to satisfy USB requirements.
Each switch channel of the MIC2536 will supply up to 100mA as required for USB bus-powered downstream devices. Fault current is limited to typically 275mA by fast-acting currentlimit circuitry which minimizes voltage droop on the upstream port during fault conditions. A flag output with transient filter indicates fault conditions to the local USB controller but will ignore short flag signals resulting from inrush current during hot plug-in events.
Soft start eliminates the momentary voltage droop on other ports that may occur when the switch is enabled in buspowered applications. Additional features include thermal shutdown to prevent catastrophic switch failure from highcurrent loads and 3.3V and 5V logic compatible enable inputs.
