The SEC1110 comes in a small-footprint 16-pin QFN and utilizes Microchip’s TrustSpan™ technology which enables digital systems to securely communicate, process, move and store information on system boards, across networks and through the cloud. Up-to-date EMV and USB certifications enhance interoperability with all of the latest and legacy Smart Cards and host operating systems.

SG109Positive Fixed Linear Voltage Regulators, - Positive 5.0V Fixed, 1A | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 1 | Active | The SG109 is a self-contained 5V regulator designed to provide local regulation at currents up to 1A for digital logic cards. This device is available in the hermetic TO-3 and TO-39 packages. The SG109's design has protective features principally current limiting to control the peak currents and thermal shutdown to protect against excessive power dissipation. These features make the device blowout proof. With the only added component being an optional input bypass capacitor, this regulator becomes extremely easy to apply. Utilizing an improved Bandgap reference design, problems that are normally associated with the Zener diode references, such as, drift in output voltage and large changes in the line and load regulation have been eliminated

SG117AHV1.5A Three Terminal Adjustable Voltage Regulator Positive Adjustable +/-1% Tol | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 20 | Active | The SG117 and SG117A are 3-terminal positive adjustable voltage regulators which offer improved performance over the original 117 design. A major feature of the SG117A is a reference voltage tolerance guaranteed within ± 1%, allowing an overall power supply tolerance to be better than 3% using inexpensive 1% resistors. Line and load regulation performance has been improved as well. Moreover, the SG117A reference voltage is guaranteed not to exceed 2% when operating over the full load, line and power dissipation conditions. The SG117A adjustable regulators offer an improved solution for all positive voltage regulator requirements with load currents up to 1.5A. In addition to replacing many fixed regulators, the SG117/A can be used in a variety of other applications due to its ‘floating’ design as long as the input-to-output differential maximum is not exceeded, such as a current source. A higher voltage version is available the SG117AHV and SG117HV which offers input voltage up to 60V.
