PHP30-e3HIGH POWER BIDIRECTIONAL SCOTTSD A L E DIVISION TRANSIENT VOLTAGE SUPPRESSOR | Circuit Protection | 1 | Active | The PHP and PIP bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) modules are designed for applications requiring ?across the line? ac power protection. They are used where extreme voltage transients can permanently damage voltage-sensitive systems or components. These devices are most often used when discrete TVS components do not have sufficient power requirements to suppress high power surges. These modules can be used to protect equipment from induced lightning, power surges, and transients originating from inductive switching or power interrupt for both commercial and military applications. This includes telecommunications, central office switching and PABX, CATV distribution, aircraft, shipboard, computers, distributed data processing and power supplies. The subassembly components can also be tested or screened for military requirements prior to encapsulation into the complete module. The screening would consist of 100% TX level environmental testing per MIL-PRF-19500/507A (Par. 4.3). For ordering these options, use the following suffix:H1 ? Submodule ScreeningH2 ? Submodule and Module ScreeningH3 ? Submodule and Module Screening & Module Group B & C lot testing |

| Embedded | 6 | Active | The PIC10F200 is a low-cost, high-performance, 8-bit, fully static, Flash-based CMOS microcontroller. It employs a RISC architecture with only 33 single-word/ single-cycle instructions. All instructions are single cycle (1 µs) except for program branches, which take two cycles. It delivers performance in an order of magnitude higher than competitors in the same price category. The easy-to-use and easy to remember instruction set reduces development time significantly |

It employs a RISC architecture with only 33 single-word/ single-cycle instructions. All instructions are singlecycle (1 µs) except for program branches, which take two cycles. The PIC10F220 delivers performance in an order of magnitude higher than their competitors in the same price category. The 12-bit wide instructions are highly symmetrical, resulting in a typical 2:1 code compression over other 8-bit microcontrollers in its class. The easy-to-use and easy to remember instruction set reduces development time significantly. The PIC10F220 are also equipped with special features that reduce system cost and power requirements. |

| Microcontrollers | 13 | Active | The PIC10(L)F320 is the next generation of the PIC10F family that provides an increased feature set and increased performance over the existing PIC10F family that customers have requested. These new PIC10F32X variants are based on the standard mid-range architecture (vs. the baseline for the PIC10F2XX family) and provide interrupts, deeper hardware stack, PWM, emulated data EE, increased 16MHz internal oscillator, lower power, and 3 8-bit ADCs, as well as a few new integrated peripherals. These new integrated peripherals include a new Configurable Logic Cell (CLC) which allows the user to do simple Boolean functions – such as AND/OR/XOR logic functions and D/JK/SR state functions, a Numerically Controlled Oscillator (NCO) module which provides two functions; a PWM with a fixed 50% duty cycle and an increased frequency resolution function that lends itself well to applications such as ballast control, a Complementary Waveform Generator (CWG) which provides a complementary waveform to various inputs sources including the PWM, the CLC, or NCO, and finally an integrated temperature indicator for low cost temperature measurements. **Debug Support**
