Marktech manufactures LED emitters and photodiode detectors spanning a spectral range from 235nm to 4.3 microns. Their vertically integrated operations include growing InP epitaxy wafers, fabricating InGaAs detector and emitter chips, packaging, and producing completed assemblies.
