The DCNLEV50 Series 750 V 50 A High-Voltage DC Contactor Relay is designed for electric vehicle (EV) and eMobility applications, including battery power supply, charging station, motor control, circuit protection, and other switch controls as well as industrial machinery applications. The magnetic arc blowout design in an IP67 sealed, gas-filled chamber dissipates electrical arc between the contacts. This design allows the automotive relay to safely make/break higher voltages. This configuration of the DCNLEV50 series electric vehicle contactor (DCNLEV50-B) features a 12 V coil and polarized contacts. In addition, the 50 A relay has a bottom mounting style.

The DCSA Series is a loop-powered, linear output current transducer that provides an output that is directly proportional to the RMS AC current passing through the LCSC10T12 sensor. The DCSA provides either an analog current or voltage: 4 - 20 mA, 1 to 5VDC, or 2 to 10VDC. Each unit is factory calibrated for monitoring (with the LCSC10T12 connected) in one of four ranges; 0 - 5, 0 - 10, 0 - 20, or 0 - 50A. Zero and span adjustments allow field calibration if needed. The DCSA mounts on both DIN 1 and DIN 3 rails. See datasheet for operation details.

Switch Hardware

For illumination of maps or other items, with minimal interference of driving visibility. Hood can be rotated to direct the light beam. 16AWG (1.0mm2) insulated stranded copper leads, 8" (203mm)long. Bright chrome-plated brass hood with wide aperture. Mount through the panel. 11/16" (17.5mm) diameter mounting stem, 3/8" (9.5mm) long. Accommodates single-contact bayonet bulb. Suggested lamps (not included): #63 (6V), #67 (12V), #623 (24V).
