22V 100A 30kV uDFN-6 Uni-dir TVS

The SC24COM-01ETG bidirectional TVS is fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. These diodes provide a high ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection level for electronic equipment. The SC24COM-01ETG TVS can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30 kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. In addition, it can safely dissipate a 5 A 8/20 μs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd edition.

The SC3/SC4 Series are solid-state 3 or 4 channel, chasers designed for sequential three or four circuit flashing of incandescent lamp loads. Unlike electromechanical chasers, there are no contacts to arc, wear, and eventually fail. Fixed or adjustable rates of 30 to 300 operations per minute. Operation Sequential 3 or 4 circuit flashing of incandescent loads with equal time delays for each load. Upon application of input voltage, Load 1 is energized. At the end of the time delay, Load 1 de-energizes and Load 2 energizes. At the end of the time delay, Load 2 de-energizes and Load 3 energizes. This cycle continues until input voltage is removed. The set time delay (rate) is the timing for the whole cycle, for all 3 or 4 loads (output contacts).Reset: Removing input voltage resets the unit and cycle.

The SC7520-08UTG includes eight channels ultra low capacitance and high-level ESD protection diodes to protect high-speed data rate such as USB 3.1, DisplayPort and e-SATA. The typical capacitance of 0.32pF helps ensure signal integrity and this robust device can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation and safely dissipate 6A of 8/20μs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition).

The SC7538-08UTG integrates 8 channels of ultra low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes and an additional zener diode to provide protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). This robust device can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level maximum level, ±8kV contact discharge, as specified in the international standard IEC 61000-4-2, without performance degradation standard (±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. The extremely low loading capacitance also makes it ideal for protecting high speed signal pins such as V-By-One, HDMI, USB3.0, USB2.0, and IEEE 1394.

The SCR series are Tower and Obstruction Lighting Controls used in a variety of applications. The SCR430T and SCR630T are universal lamp alarm relays designed to sense the failure of flashing or steady incandescent beacon lamps or steady side lights. The SCR9L is a universal lamp alarm relay designed to sense the failure of flashing or steady LED beacon lamps or obstruction lamps. The SCR490D Series is used to provide remote monitoring of steady burning incandescent marker and obstruction lighting. Four onboard switches allow operator programming for lighting systems with two through nine lamps on a single AC circuit.
