AD762616-Bit, 10 MSPS, PulSAR Differential ADC | Data Acquisition | 2 | Active | The AD7626 is a 16-bit, 10 MSPS, charge redistribution successive approximation register (SAR) based architecture analog-to-digital converter (ADC). SAR architecture allows unmatched performance both in noise (91.5 dB SNR) and in linearity (±0.45 LSB INL). The AD7626 contains a high speed, 16-bit sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, and an internal buffered reference. On the CNV edge, it samples the voltage difference between the IN+ and IN− pins. The voltages on these pins swing in opposite phase between 0 V and REF. The 4.096 V reference voltage, REF, can be generated internally or applied externally. All converted results are available on a single low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) self clocked or echoed clock serial interface, reducing external hardware connections. The AD7626 is housed in a 32-lead, 5 mm × 5 mm LFCSP with operation specified from −40°C to +85°C.ApplicationsDigital imaging systems– Digital X-ray– Digital MRI– CCD and IR camerasHigh speed data acquisitionHigh dynamic range telecommunications receiversSpectrum analysisTest equipment |

AD764118-Bit, 2 MSPS SAR ADC | Data Acquisition | 1 | Active | The AD7641 is a 18-bit, 2 MSPS, charge redistribution SAR, fully differential analog-to-digital converter that operates from a single 2.5 V power supply. The part contains a high-speed 18-bit sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, an internal reference buffer, error correction circuits, and both serial and parallel system interface ports. It features a very high sampling rate mode (Warp) and a fast mode (Normal) for asynchronous conversion rate applications. The AD7641 is hardware factory calibrated and comprehensively tested to ensure ac parameters such as signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and total harmonic distortion (THD) in addition to the more traditional dc parameters of gain, offset and linearity.Operation is specified from −40°C to +85°C.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTSFast Throughput. The AD7641 is a 2 MSPS, charge redistribution, 18-bit SAR ADC.Superior Linearity. The AD7641 has no missing 18-bit code.Internal Reference. The AD7641 has a 2.048 V internal reference with a typical drift of ±10 ppm/°C and an on-chip TEMP sensor.Single-Supply Operation. The AD7641 operates from a 2.5 V single supply.Serial or Parallel Interface.Versatile parallel (16- or 8-bit bus) or 2-wire serial interface arrangement compatible with 2.5 V, 3.3 V, or 5 V logic.APPLICATIONSMedical instrumentsHigh dynamic data acquisitionInstrumentationSpectrum analysisATE |
