LT6555650MHz Gain of 2 Triple 2:1Video Multiplexer | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 2 | Active | The LT6555 is a high speed triple 2:1 video multiplexer with an internally fixed gain of 2. The individual amplifiers are optimized for performance with a double terminated 75Ω video load and feature a –3dB 2VP-Pbandwidth of 450MHz, making them ideal for driving very high resolution video signals. Separate power supply pins for each amplifier boost channel separation to 72dB, allowing the LT6555 to excel in many high speed applications. While the performance of the LT6555 is optimized for dual supply operation, it can also be operated with a single supply as low as 4.5V. Using dual 5V supplies, each amplifier draws only 9mA. When disabled, the amplifiers draw less than 500µA and the outputs become high impedance. The LT6555 is manufactured on our proprietary low voltage complementary bipolar process and is available in 24-lead SSOP and ultra-compact 24-lead QFN packages.ApplicationsRGB AmplifiersUXGA Video MultiplexingLCD Projectors |
LT6557500MHz, 2200V/µs Gain of 2, Single Supply Triple Video Amplifier with Input Bias Control | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 7 | Active | The LT6557 is a high speed triple video amplifier with an internal fixed gain of 2 and a programmable DC input bias voltage. This amplifier features a 400MHz 2VP-Psignal bandwidth, 2200V/µs slew rate and a unique ability to drive heavy output loads to 0.8V of the supply rails, making the LT6557 ideal for a single 5V supply, wideband video application. With just one resistor, the inputs of all three amplifiers can be programmed to a common voltage level, simplifying and reducing the need for external circuitry in the AC-coupled applications. Without the programmable resistor, the input bias circuit becomes inactive, allowing the use of an external clamp circuit or direct coupled input. The LT6557 has separate power supply and ground pins for each amplifier to improve channel separation and to ease power supply bypassing. The LT6557 provides uncompromised performance in many high speed applications where a low voltage, single supply is required. The LT6557 is available in 16-lead SSOP and 5mm × 3mm DFN packages.ApplicationsLCD Video ProjectorsRGB HD Video AmplifiersCoaxial Cable DriversLow Supply ADC Drivers |

LT6600-2.5Very Low Noise, Differential Amplifi er and 2.5MHz Lowpass Filter | Linear | 9 | Active | The LT6600-2.5 combines a fully differential amplifier with a 4th order 2.5MHz lowpass filter approximating a Chebyshev frequency response. Most differential amplifiers require many precision external components to tail or gain and bandwidth. In contrast, with the LT6600-2.5, two external resistors program differential gain, and the filter’s 2.5MHz cutoff frequency and passband ripple are internally set. The LT6600-2.5 also provides the necessary level shifting to set its output common mode voltage to accommodate the reference voltage requirements of A/Ds.Using a proprietary internal architecture, the LT6600-2.5 integrates an antialiasing filter and a differential amplifier/driver without compromising distortion or low noise performance. At unity gain the measured in band signal-to- noise ratio is an impressive 86dB. At higher gains the input referred noise decreases so the part can process smaller input differential signals without significantly degrading the output signal-to-noise ratio. The LT6600-2.5 also features low voltage operation. The differential design provides outstanding performance for a 4VP-Psignal level while the part operates with a single 3V supply. The LT6600-2.5 is available in SO-8 and DFN-12 packages. For similar devices with higher cutoff frequency, refer to the LT6600-5, LT6600-10, LT6600-15 and LT6600-20 data sheets.ApplicationsHigh Speed ADC Antialiasing and DAC Smoothing in Networking or Cellular Basestation ApplicationsHigh Speed Test and Measurement EquipmentMedical ImagingDrop-in Replacement for Differential Amplifiers |
LT6604-2.5Dual Very Low Noise, Differential Amplifier and 10MHz Lowpass Filter | Evaluation Boards | 6 | Active | The LT6604-2.5 consists of two matched, fully differential amplifiers, each with a 4th order, 2.5MHz lowpass filter. The fixed frequency lowpass filter approximates a Chebyshev response. By integrating a filter and a differential amplifier, distortion and noise are made exceptionally low. At unity gain, the measured in-band signal-to-noise ratio is an impressive 86dB. At higher gains, the input referred noise decreases, allowing the part to process smaller input differential signals without significantly degrading the signal-to-noise ratio.Gain and phase are well matched between the two channels. Gain for each channel is independently programmed using two external resistors. The LT6604-2.5 enables level shifting by providing an adjustable output common mode voltage, making it ideal for directly interfacing to ADCs. The LT6604-2.5 is fully specified for 3V operation. The differential design enables outstanding performance up to a 4VP-Psignal level for a single 3V supply.See the back page of this datasheet for a complete list of related single and dual differential amplifiers with integrated 2.5MHz to 20MHz lowpass filters.ApplicationsDual Differential ADC Driver and FilterSingle-Ended to Differential ConverterMatched, Dual, Differential Gain or Filter StageCommon Mode Translation of Differential SignalsHigh Speed ADC Antialiasing and DAC Smoothing in Wireless Infrastructure or Networking ApplicationsHigh Speed Test and Measurement EquipmentMedical Imaging |
