LT1125Quad Low Noise, High Speed Precision Op Amps | Instrumentation, Op Amps, Buffer Amps | 5 | Active | The LT1124 dual and LT1125 quad are high performance op amps that offer higher gain, slew rate and bandwidth than the industry standard OP-27 and competing OP‑270/ OP-470 op amps. In addition, the LT1124/LT1125 have lower IBand IOSthan the OP-27; lower VOSand noise than the OP-270/OP-470.In the design, processing and testing of the device, particular attention has been paid to the optimization of the entire distribution of several key parameters. Slew rate, gain bandwidth and 1kHz noise are 100% tested for each individual amplifier. Consequently, the specifications of even the lowest cost grades (the LT1124C and the LT1125C) have been spectacularly improved compared to equivalent grades of competing amplifiers.Power consumption of the LT1124 is one-half of two OP-27s. Low power and high performance in an 8-pin SO package make the LT1124 a first choice for surface mounted systems and where board space is restricted. For a decompensated version of these devices, with three times higher slew rate and bandwidth, please see the LT1126/LT1127 data sheet.ApplicationsTwo and Three Op Amp Instrumentation AmplifiersLow Noise Signal ProcessingActive FiltersMicrovolt Accuracy Threshold DetectionStrain Gauge AmplifiersDirect Coupled Audio Gain StagesTape Head PreamplifiersInfrared Detectors |
LT1126Dual Decompensated Low Noise, High Speed Precision Op Amps | Linear | 4 | Active | The LT1126 dual and LT1127 quad are high performance, decompensated op amps that offer higher slew rate and bandwidth than the LT1124 dual and the LT1125 quad operational amplifiers. The enhanced AC performance is available without degrading DC specs of the LT1124/LT1125. Both LT1126/LT1127 are stable in a gain of 10 or more.In the design, processing, and testing of the device, particular attention has been paid to the optimization of the entire distribution of several key parameters. Slew rate, gain-bandwidth, and 1kHz noise are 100% tested for each individual amplifier. Consequently, the specifications of even the lowest cost grades (the LT1126C and the LT1127C) have been enhanced.Power consumption of the dual LT1126 is less than one half of two OP-37s. Low power and high performance in an 8-pin SO package makes the LT1126 a first choice for surface mounted systems and where board space is restricted.ApplicationsTwo and Three Op Amp Instrumentation AmplifiersLow Noise Signal ProcessingActive FiltersMicrovolt Accuracy Threshold DetectionStrain Gauge AmplifiersDirect Coupled Audio Gain StagesTape Head PreamplifiersMicrophone PreamplifiersAccelerometer AmplifiersInfrared Detectors |

LT1128Ultra Low Noise Precision High Speed Op Amps | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 3 | Active | The LT1028 (gain of –1 stable)/LT1128 (gain of +1 stable) achieve a new standard of excellence in noise performance with 0.85nV/√Hz1kHz noise, 1.0nV/√Hz10Hz noise. This ultralow noise is combined with excellent high speed specifications (gain-bandwidth product is 75MHz for LT1028, 20MHz for LT1128), distortion-free output, and true precision parameters (0.1µV/°C drift, 10µV offset voltage, 30 million voltage gain). Although the LT1028/LT1128 input stage operates at nearly 1mA of collector current to achieve low voltage noise, input bias current is only 25nA.The LT1028/LT1128’s voltage noise is less than the noise of a 50Ω resistor. Therefore, even in very low source impedance transducer or audio amplifier applications, the LT1028/LT1128’s contribution to total system noise will be negligible.ApplicationsLow Noise Frequency SynthesizersHigh Quality AudioInfrared DetectorsAccelerometer and Gyro Amplifiers350Ω Bridge Signal ConditioningMagnetic Search Coil AmplifiersHydrophone Amplifiers |
LT1129Micropower Low Dropout Regulators with Shutdown | Power Management (PMIC) | 24 | Active | The LT1129/LT1129-3.3/LT1129-5 are micropower low dropout regulators with shutdown. The devices are capable of supplying 700mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 400mV at maximum output. Designed for use in battery-powered systems, the low quiescent current, 50μA operating and 16μA in shutdown, make them an ideal choice. The quiescent current does not rise in dropout as it does with many other low dropout PNP regulators.Other features of the LT1129/LT1129-3.3/LT1129-5 include the ability to operate with small output capacitors. They are stable with only 3.3μF on the output while most older devices require between 10μF and 100μF for stability. Also the input may be connected to ground or a reverse voltage without reverse current flow from output to input. This makes the LT1129/LT1129-3.3/LT1129-5 ideal for backup power situations where the output is held high and the input is at ground or reversed. Under these conditions, only 16μA will flow from the output pin to ground. The devices are available in 5-lead TO-220, 5-lead DD-Pak and 3-lead SOT-223 packages.ApplicationsLow Current RegulatorRegulator for Battery-Powered SystemsPost Regulator for Switching Supplies5V to 3.3V Logic Regulator |
LT1130AAdvanced Low Power 5V RS232 Drivers/Receivers with Small Capacitors (Includes LT1130 thru LT1141) | Interface | 4 | Active | The LT1130A/LT1140A series of RS232 drivers/receivers features special bipolar construction techniques which protect the drivers and receivers beyond the fault conditions stipulated for RS232. Driver outputs and receiver inputs can be shorted to ±30V without damaging the device or the power supply generator. In addition, the RS232 I/O pins are resilient to multiple ±10kV ESD strikes. An advanced driver output stage operates up to 250kbaud while driving heavy capacitive loads. Supply current is typically 12mA, competitive with CMOS devices.Several members of the series include flexible operating mode controls. The DRIVER DISABLE pin disables the drivers and the charge pump, the ON/OFFpin shuts down all circuitry. While shut down, the drivers and receivers assume high impedance output states. |
