LT1809Single 180MHz, 350V/µs Rail-to-Rail Input and Output Low Distortion Op Amps | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 5 | Active | The LT1809/LT1810 are single/dual low distortion rail-to-rail input and output op amps with a 350V/µs slew rate. These amplifiers have a –3dB bandwidth of 320MHz at unity-gain, a gain-bandwidth product of 180MHz (AV ≥ 10) and an 85mA output current to fit the needs of low voltage, high performance signal conditioning systems. The LT1809/LT1810 have an input range that includes both supply rails and an output that swings within 20mV of either supply rail to maximize the signal dynamic range in low supply applications. The LT1809/LT1810 have very low distortion (–90dBc) up to 5MHz that allows them to be used in high performance data acquisition systems. The LT1809/LT1810 maintain their performance for supplies from 2.5V to 12.6V and are specified at 3V, 5V and ±5V supplies. The inputs can be driven beyond the supplies without damage or phase reversal of the output. The LT1809 is available in the 8-pin SO package with the standard op amp pinout and the 6-pin SOT-23 package. The LT1810 features the standard dual op amp pinout and is available in 8-pin SO and MSOP packages. These devices can be used as a plug-in replacement for many op amps to improve input/output range and performance.ApplicationsActive FiltersRail-to-Rail Buffer AmplifiersDriving A/D ConvertersLow Voltage Signal ProcessingVideo Line Driver |

LT1814Quad 3mA, 100MHz, 750V/µs Operational Amplifier | Instrumentation, Op Amps, Buffer Amps | 3 | Active | The LT1813/LT1814 are dual and quad, low power, high speed, very high slew rate operational amplifiers with excellent DC performance. The LT1813/LT1814 feature reduced supply current, lower input offset voltage, lower input bias current and higher DC gain than other devices with comparable bandwidth. The circuit topology is a voltage feedback amplifier with the slewing characteristics of a current feedback amplifier. The output drives a 100Ω load to ±3.5V with ±5V supplies. On a single 5V supply, the output swings from 1.1V to 3.9V with a 100Ω load connected to 2.5V. The amplifiers are stable with a 1000pF capacitive load making them useful in buffer and cable driver applications. The LT1813/LT1814 are manufactured on Linear Technology’s advanced low voltage complementary bipolar process. The LT1813 dual op amp is available in 8-pin MSOP, SO and 3mm × 3mm low profile (0.8mm) dual fine pitch leadless packages (DFN). The quad LT1814 is available in 14-pin SO and 16-pin SSOP packages. A single version, the LT1812, is also available (see separate data sheet).ApplicationsActive FiltersWideband AmplifiersBuffersVideo AmplificationCommunication ReceiversCable DriversData Acquisition Systems |
LT1815Single 220MHz, 1500V/µs Operational Amplifiers with Programmable Supply Current | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 10 | Active | The LT1815/LT1816/LT1817 are low power, high speed, very high slew rate operational amplifiers with excellent DC performance. The LT1815/LT1816/LT1817 feature higher bandwidth and slew rate, much lower input offset voltage and lower noise and distortion than other devices with comparable supply current. A programmable current option (LT1815 and LT1816A) allows power savings and flexibility by operating at reduced supply current and speed. The circuit topology is a voltage feedback amplifier with the slewing characteristics of a current feedback amplifier. The output drives a 100Ω load to ±3.8V with ±5V supplies. On a single 5V supply, the output swings from 1V to 4V with a 100Ω load connected to 2.5V. Harmonic distortion is –70dB for a 5MHz, 2VP-Poutput driving a 100Ω load in a gain of –1.The LT1815/LT1816/LT1817 are manufactured on Linear Technology’s advanced low voltage complementary bipolar process and are available in a variety of TSOT-23, SO, MSOP, SSOP and leadless DFN packages.ApplicationsWideband AmplifiersBuffersActive FiltersVideo and RF AmplificationCommunication ReceiversCable DriversData Acquisition Systems |
