Description

AI
The HV2607 device is a low harmonic distortion, low charge injection, 16-channel, high voltage analog switch without high-voltage supplies. It is intended for use in applications requiring high-voltage switching controlled by low-voltage control signals, such as medical ultrasound imaging, driving piezoelectric transducers and printers. The device requires only +5V or +6V bias supply. The analog input voltage range is up to ±100V, even though there are no high-voltage supplies. The device is offered in a 48-pin LQFP package, which is pin-to-pin compatible with HV2601FG-G/HV2701FG-G and HV2605FG-G/HV2705FG-G devices, except power supply pins. The HV2607 is one member of 16ch, no high-voltage bias, analog switch family (HV2607/HV2707/HV2708). The HV2607 device has no bleed resistors. The HV2707 device has integrated bleed resistors at both sides of the switches. The HV2708 device has bleed resistors at SWA side only. The bleed resistor eliminates charges build up on capacitive loads, such as piezoelectric transducers.
