Description
AI
The HV2803 device is a no high-voltage bias, low-harmonic
distortion, low-charge injection, 32-channel, high-voltage analog switches. It
is intended for use in applications requiring high-voltage switching controlled
by low-voltage signals, such as medical ultrasound imaging and printers.
The HV2803 device has two modes of operation determined by the
MODE pin: individual
switching mode with 32-channel SPST switches and bank switching mode with 16-pole
double throw (16PDT) logic. Bank switching mode is intended for probe
selection.
The device requires only ±6V or ±5V supplies and can pass ±100V
high voltage pulses.
The HV2803 is one member of 32ch, no HV bias, analog switch
family (HV2803/2903/2904).
The HV2803 device has no bleed resistors.
The HV2903 device has integrated bleed resistors at both sides of
the switches.
The HV2904 device has bleed resistors at one side only.
