The SAM9X75D1G MPU is a high-performance cost-optimized ARM926EJ-S CPU-based embedded MPU running up to 800MHz w/ 1Gb of integrated DDR3L, supporting MIPI-DSI, LVDS and RGB display interfaces w/ 2D graphics acceleration, Gigabit Ethernet w/ TSN and CAN-FD. The MPUs offer advanced security functions, like tamper detection, secure boot, secure key storage, TRNG, PUF as well as higher-performance crypto accelerators for AES and SHA. The SAM9X75 series is supported by Microchip's Mainline Linux distribution as well as Microchip MPLAB Harmony development tools for bare-metal/RTOS support. SAM9X75 is well-suited for industrial and medical applications with or w/o graphical displays up to 1024 x 768, as well as home automation and security system gateways including access control with biometrics. Microchip offers for different supply configurations, fully tested power management solutions respecting the SAM9X75 power sequencing specifications that are referenced in the product specification.
