Single-cycle microcontroller with 64KB ISP flash. It includes 8192 bytes flash data memory, 4352 bytes RAM, PWM, UART, TWI, SPI, up to 38 I/Os, 10-bit A/D, an internal RC oscillator, and on-chip debug.
