Description

AI
The SAM DA1 ARM® Cortex®-M0+ -based microcontrollers are operating at 48MHz (45DMIPS). The ATSAMDA1E16B provides 64KB Flash, 8kB SRAM and 2KB RWW Flash. The peripheral set for connectivity consists of 4 serial communication modules (SERCOM) that each can be configured to act as a USART, UART, SPI and I2C. Additional connectivity options are provided by the on-chip one channel Inter-IC sound interface (I2S) and the full-speed USB 2.0 embedded host and device. Supported by MPLAB X IDE and [MPLAB Harmony](https://www.microchip.com/en-us/tools-resources/configure/mplab-harmony). **Functional Safety** This device supports the ISO 26262 (ASIL B) functional safety standard. · The Functional Safety Manual, FMEDA and information on the Diagnostic Software are available under NDA through the request form on the [32-bit Microcontrollers Functional Safety](https://www.microchip.com/en-us/products/microcontrollers-and-microprocessors/32-bit-mcus/32-bit-functional-safety) web page. · Learn more about [32-bit MCUs with Functional Safety](https://www.microchip.com/en-us/products/microcontrollers-and-microprocessors/32-bit-mcus/32-bit-functional-safety)capabilities including device hardware and certified software libraries.
