General part information
NCV8760C Series
The NCV8760C is a precision ultra low Iq low dropout voltage regulator. Quiescent currents as low as 18 µA typical make it ideal for automotive applications requiring low quiescent current. Integrated control features such as Reset and Delay Time Select make it ideal for powering microprocessors. It is available with a fixed output voltage of 5.0 V and 3.3 V and regulates within ±2.0%.
