General part information

ICL7667 Series

The ICL7667EPA+ is a dual power MOSFET driver in 8 pin PDIP package. This monolithic power MOSFET driver designed to translate TTL inputs to high voltage/current outputs. Its low delay and transition times make it ideal to drive power MOSFETs for switching power supplies. The IC's CMOS output stage drives within millivolts of the supply rail, it allows the power MOSFETs with minimum ON resistance. IC's high speed minimizes power losses in switching power supplies and DC-DC converters due to rapid charging/discharging of the gate capacitance of the power MOSFETs. It is used in switching power supplies, DC-DC converters and pin diode drivers.
