Description

General part information

QS8004DH4RP Series

This 4 Amp Over-voltage switch integrates a TRIAC structure with high voltage clamping function to ensure capability of withstand high over-voltage events, such as line transients described in the IEC 61000-4-5 standards. This bidirectional solid-state switch series is designed for AC switching and phase control applications such as motor speed and temperature modulation controls, lighting controls, and static switching relays. Sensitive gate Triacs can be directly driven by microprocessor or popular opto-couplers/isolators.
