S12 Series

S12ZVML12EVBLIN is a S12ZVM development board (integrating LIN) for 2-phase DC and 3-phase BLDC. The S12ZVM integrates an MCU with an S12Z core, a 5 V voltage regulator, a LIN physical layer and a gate driver unit capable of controlling up to 6 power MOSFETs and is targeted for automotive applications such as HVAC blowers, engine cooling fans, wiper systems, fuel or water pumps. The S12ZVML12EVB uses the S12ZVML128 integrating a LIN transceiver.
