This N-Channel MOSFET is produced using an advanced PowerTrench®process. Advancements in both silicon and Dual Cool™ package technologies have been combined to offer the lowest rDS(on)while maintaining excellent switching performance by extremely low Junction-to-Ambient thermal resistance.
