BA9744FV Series

This IC is a 2 channel step-down switching regulator. Both circuit are available for step-down, step-up, invertive. It is small package, therefor it is best for mobile products.·Built-in timer / latch type short protection circuit.·Built-in malfunction prevention at low input voltage circuit.·Built-in reference voltage circuit with output terminal(1.222V).·Possible to adjust half period at whole duty range.·A wide input range provided Vcc=2.5 to 35V.
