BD9151MUV Series

ROHM’s high efficiency dual step-down switching regulator BD9151MUV is a power supply designed to produce a low voltage including 1.8 volts or 1.2 volts from 2.8 volts to 5.0 volts power supply line. Reset circuits of input power supply voltage and external Pch MOSFET gate controller are incorporated. Offers high efficiency with our original pulse skip control technology and synchronous rectifier. Employs a current mode control system to provide faster transient response to sudden change in load.·2ch Switching Regulator·Offers fast transient response with current mode PWM control system.·Offers highly efficiency for all load range with synchronous rectifier (Pch / Nch FET) and SLLM™ (Simple Light Load Mode)·Input voltage range : 2.8V to 5.5V·Output current max. : 0.4A/0.8A·1MHz Fixed frequency Operation·Incorporates soft-start function.·Incorporates thermal protection, ULVO and short-current protection circuit with time delay function.·Incorporates shutdown function.
