NCP187 Series
The NCP187 is 1.2 A LDO Linear Voltage Regulator with low quiescent current consumption (typ. 30 µA over the full temperature range), low dropout, low output noise and very good PSRR. The regulator incorporates several protection features such as Thermal Shutdown, Soft Start, Current Limiting and also Power Good Output signal for easy MCU interfacing
