General part information
BU4211 Series
ROHM's low voltage CMOS reset ICs utilize CMOS processes for high precision and low current consumption. In addition, a delay circuit is built in, enabling arbitrary setting of the delay time via external capacitor. The extensive lineup includes both Nch·Broad lineup available in different detection voltages : 0.9V to 4.8V (0.1V increments)·High detection voltage accuracy : ±1%·Ultra-low current consumption
