BU4230 Series

The BU42xx series low-voltage free delay time setting Voltage Detector IC with N-channel open-drain output and adjustable output delay. It is a high-accuracy, low-current consumption voltage detector IC series with a built-in delay circuit. The device is available for detection voltage ranging from 0.9 to 4.8V in increments of 0.1V.
