BD82035FVJ Series
BD82035FVJ is a Single Channel High Side Switch IC employing N-channel power MOSFET with low on resistance and low supply current for the power supply line of universal serial bus (USB). This IC has a built-in over current detection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, under voltage lockout and soft start circuits.
