PGB2010402 Series
The PGB20402 is an ESD suppressor device. It has advantages of low trigger voltage and low clamp voltage. Along with a more important feature, very low capacitance ensures the ESD sensitive device is protected from damage by high transient voltage while maintaining signal integrity. Also, this low capacitance feature enables the PGB2010402 to work particularly effectively at very high frequency up Gigahertz range.
