BA7808 Series
ROHM's broad lineup of 78 series regulators is available in 11 output voltages (5V, 6V, 7V, 8V, 9V, 10V, 12V, 15V, 18V, 20V, and 24V), 2 current types, and different package configurations, making them ideal for a wide variety of applications. Pin-compatible models are also available for greater compatibility. In addition, multiple protection circuits are integrated (i.e. overcurrent, overvoltage), ensuring a high degree of reliability under any environment.·Built-in overcurrent and thermal cutoff circuits·Excellent ripple rejection characteristics·Two package types (TO220CP-3, TO252-3) available for greater compatibility
