NL27WZU04A Series

The NL27WZU04 is a high performance dual unbuffered inverter operating from a 1.65 to 5.5 V supply. This device consists of a dual unbuffered inverter. In combination with others, or in the MC74LCXU04 Hex Unbuffered Inverter, these devices are well suited for use as oscillators, pulse shapers, and other applications requiring a digital part used in an analog mode.Owing to its low complexity, the analog performance is more uniform from part to part. For pure digital applications, the NL17SZ04,NL27WZ04, NL37WZ04 or the MC74LCX04 are recommended.Current drive capability is 16 mA at the outputs.
