General part information

BD4269UEFJ-C Series

BD4269UEFJ-C is a low quiescent voltage regulator with 45V absolute maximum voltage allowing usage in battery direct-connected systems. IC integrates Power on and under-voltage reset and Input voltage reset for VCC or other voltages. Quiescent current is minimized to optimize the system current consumption. Power on and under-voltage reset and Input voltage reset threshold voltage can be adjusted by external resistance. Power on and under-voltage reset delay time can programmed set by external capacitor.This IC uses different production line against series model BD4269EFJ-C for the purpose of improving production efficiency. We recommend using this IC for your new development. Electric characteristics noted in Datasheet does not differ between Production Line. In addition, the data of BD4269EFJ-C is disclosed for documents and design models unless otherwise specified.
