BD9327EFJ-LB Series
This is the product guarantees long life cycle in Industrial market. The BD9325FJ-LB, BD9326EFJ-LB and BD9329EFJ -LB are step-down regulators that integrate a low resistance high side N-channel MOSFET. It achieves 2A / 3A / 4A continuous output current over a wide input supply range. Current mode operation provides fast transient response and easy phase compensation.
