Description

General part information

TPSMA6L51A Series

Littelfuse TPSMA6L Series of Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diodes can provide secondary transient voltage protection from transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events for sensitive electronics. This SMA device’s low profile DO-221AC package is less than 1.1 mm high, but it offers the same peak pulse power dissipation (PPPM) rating (600W) as standard SMB devices. The TPSMA6L Series offers superior electrical performance in a small footprint package, allowing designers to upgrade their circuit protection without altering their existing design footprint or provide more robust protection in new circuit layouts.
