Description
General part information
NLSX3014 Series
The NLSX3014 is a 4 bit configurable dual supply bidirectional level translator without a directional control pin. The IO_VCCand IO_VLports are designed to track two different power supply rails, VCCand VLrespectively. The VCCsupply rail is configurable from 1.3V to 4.5V while the VLsupply rail is configurable from 0.9V to VCCminus 0.4V. This allows lower voltage logic signals on the VLside to be translated into higher voltage logic signals on the VCCside, and vice versa. Both IO ports are auto sensing and thus, have no direction pin. The Enable EN input, when Low, disables both IO ports by putting them in 3 state. This reduces significantly the supply currents from both VCCand VL. The EN signal is designed to track VL.
