CPC1727J Series
Optically isolated MOSFET-based solid state power relays in i4-PAC and ISOPLUS-264 packages feature Direct Copper Bond ceramic substrates that enable substantially lower junction-to-case thermal impedance. They are available in AC/DC and DC-only versions. For power applications requiring a heat sink for superior thermal performance, the i4-PAC and ISOPLUS-264 power relays are an ideal solution.
