BH1620 Series
Analog current output type ambient light sensor IC is composed of photodiodes,amplifiers and current mirror circuits. The output current can be converted to the voltage value by external resistor.·Spectral responsibility is approximates human eyes response·Output current which is proportionate to the light·Supply voltage operates from 2.4V·Built-in shutdown function·Control output current gain in 3 steps is possible·1.8V logic input interface
