BM2P061 Series

This is the product guarantees long time support in Industrial market. It is suitable when it is used for in long time support. As this series is PWM system DC/DC converter for Ac/DC, this will provide the best system for various products. This series correspond to both Isolated and non-isolated converter, so that this can easily design the various form of low consumption converter. This series has a built-in HV starter circuit that tolerates 800V, and it contributes to low power consumption. Since current mode control is utilized, current is restricted in each cycle and excellent performance is demonstrated in bandwidth and transient response. The switching frequency is fixed to 65kHz. At light load, the switching frequency is reduced and high efficiency is achieved. A frequency hopping function is also on chip, and it contributes to low EMI. In addition, a built-in Super Junction MOSFET which tolerates 800V makes the design easy.You can choose from a variety of power and topologyevaluation boards.
