MC9S12 Series

The MC9S12A128CFUE is a 16-bit Microcontroller based on enhanced HCS12 CPU with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 25MHz. The device incorporates 128kB internal flash, 8kB internal RAM, 2kB EEPROM, 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter and 59 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like one inter-integrated circuit (IIC) bus module, one multi-scalable controller area networks (MSCAN) CAN 2.0 A/B software compatible module, two serial communications interface (SCI) and two serial peripheral interface modules (SPI). An inter IC (I2C) bus minimizes the need for large numbers of connections between devices and eliminates the need for an address decoder and also provides a simple, efficient method of data exchange between devices.
