NHP220SF Series
This SOD−123FL ultrafast rectifier provides fast switchingperformance with soft recovery in a compact thermally efficientpackage. Its compact footprint makes it ideally suited to portable andautomotive applications where board space is at a premium. Its lowprofile makes it a good option for flat panel display and otherapplications with limited vertical clearance. The device offers lowleakage over temperature making it a good match for applicationsrequiring low quiescent current.
