BD2066FJ-LB Series

This is the product guarantees long time support in Industrial market. High side switch for USB is a high side switch having over current protection used in power supply line of universal serial bus (USB). Its switch unit has two channels of N-channel power MOSFET, and current of 500mA as USB standard can be flown to the respective channels. And, over current detection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, under voltage lockout and soft start circuit are built in.
