BH33MA3 Series
ROHM's LDO regulators for portable devices have original CMOS processes are utilized for low consumption and high precision.ROHM's standard CMOS LDO regulators feature 300mA (max.) output current, high output voltage accuracy , and low saturation. CMOS processes utilized at the output stage result. Available in compact package types (HVSOF6) for easy mounting.·High accuracy output voltage : ±1%·Low dropout voltage : 60mV (when current is 100mA)·Stable with ceramic output capacitors
