NS6A36AFT3G Series
This series will be End of Life (EOL) on December 31, 2017 and is not recommended for new designs. Replacement will be the SMA6L series . The NS6AxxAF is designed to protect voltage sensitive components from high voltgage, high energy transients. This device had excellent clamping capability, high surge capability, low zener impendance and fast response time. The NS6AxxAF is ideally suited for use in computer hard disk drives, communication systems, automotive, numerical controls, process controls, medical equipments, business machines, power supplies and many other industrial/consumer applications.
