NCV59801 Series

The NCV59801 is a 1A LDO, next generation of high PSRR, low noise and low dropout regulators with Power Good open collector output. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analog circuits, the NCV59801 device provides low noise, high PSRR and low quiescent current while offering the ability to regulate output voltages down to 0.6V. The device also offer excellent load / line transients. The NCV59801 is designed to work with a 4.7 uF input and output ceramic capacitor.
