The ADRF5048 is a nonreflective SP4T switch manufactured in the silicon on insulator (SOI) process.This device operates from 100 MHz to 45 GHz with an insertion loss lower than 4.0 dB and isolation higher than 35 dB. The ADRF5048 has an RF input power handling capability of 30 dBm through path, 18 dBm terminated path, and 30 dBm hot switching at the RF common port.The ADRF5048 requires a dual-supply voltage of +3.3 V and −3.3 V.
