General part information

BTS50020 Series

The BTS50020-1TAD is a 2.0 mΩ single channel Smart High-Side Power Switch, embedded in a PG-TO-263-7 package, providing protective functions and diagnosis. It features Reverse ON functionality protecting the device in reverse polarity condition (reverse battery). The power transistor is built by a N-channel power MOSFET with charge pump. It is specially designed to drive high current nominal loads up to 29 A, for applications like switched battery couplings, power distribution switches, heaters, glow plugs, in the harsh automotive environment.
