NCV2393 Series
The NCV2393 is a micropower CMOS dual voltage comparator. It features extremely low consumption of 6 µA typical per comparator and operates over a wide temperature range of TA= -40 to 125°C. The NCV2393 is available in an SOIC-8 package.
