Description
General part information
DS1345Y Series
The DS1345YP-100+ is a 1024K non-volatile SRAM with battery monitor in 34 pin PWRCP package. This 1,048,576bit, fully static, NV SRAM is organized as 131,072words by 8bits. It has a self contained lithium energy source and control circuitry which constantly monitors VCC for an out of tolerance condition. The lithium energy source is automatically switched on and write protection is unconditionally enabled to prevent data corruption When an out of tolerance condition occurs. The lithium battery is electrically disconnected to retain freshness until power is applied for the first time. Additionally, the DS1345 device has dedicated circuitry for monitoring the status of VCC and status of internal lithium battery. This PowerCap module package device can be directly surface mountable and it is normally paired with DS9034 PC PowerCap to form complete NV SRAM module. The devices can be used in place of 128K x 8 SRAM, EEPROM, or flash components.
